Katie Oatsvall, Was appointed Executive Director Jan. 1, 2009, and has worked for Family Service of Racine since 2006. She holds a BA in Business Management from Concordia University. Katie and her family have lived in Racine for 10 years, but she has been a life-long resident of Southeastern Wisconsin.
