Youth Anger Management (funding through City of Racine Tavern League, District 1&9 Foundation and Wisconsin Tavern League) begins Dec. 3 at FSR and runs from 4:30-5:30pm. Call FSR at 634-2391 to register. Program fee of $10 per session.
